Returns will only be accepted if the product remains unused, untampered, and in its original packaging with all labels intact. Items that are opened or damaged in any way will not be eligible for returns and will be sent back to the customer with applicable shipping charges.
We offer a pick-up facility in select locations based on courier service availability. The return will be picked up within 3–5 business days from the approval date. Please ensure the package is securely packed and ready for pickup. If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, you may self-ship the product(s) via a reliable courier within 7 days of return request approval.
Once we receive the return package, it will undergo a quality inspection. If it passes the inspection, the refund will be processed within 7 days.
